I’m Brittney Carmody, an in-house design leader with an entrepreneurial mindset. I am the person who looks for the most efficient strategies, streamlines them, and consistently strives to boost the productivity of those around me.

My mind functions in equal parts design and business, allowing me to understand, conceptualize and create a given product or idea with the ability to bring it to market. This is exactly why I am not your average creative.

Working closely with the Director of Digital Experience, my focus was on bringing two new product offerings to market. This consisted of looking holistically at the entire end-to-end customer journey, evaluating all touchpoints and identifying all drop-off points in the funnel. I would then build out our recommendations and present them to the leadership team. I also supported the planning, intake, and resourcing to ensure alignment on UX team priorities.

Design Director

ChromaDex

As Design Director and Lead UX Designer, I was able to oversee the in-house creative department in developing marketing material, a brand refresh, various marketing campaigns, art direction for multiple photoshoots, and expansion into global marketplaces for a publicly-traded supplement company. Also, I worked closely with the product team to rebuild the website from the ground up on a headless CMS.
